Meet Doina Caracas

Originally from Romania, Doina Caracas moved to the United States in 1982 and earned her real estate license in 1984. She spent more than four decades working with buyers, sellers, and investors in the Chicago area before moving to Florida in 2025. Fluent in English and Romanian, she brings experience with a wide range of properties, from land, single-family homes, and condos to multifamily investment properties.

Doina believes every client deserves the same care and attention, regardless of price point. She finds particular joy in helping first-time buyers experience the excitement of finding a place to call home. Her approach is open-minded and attentive, grounded in listening to what matters most to each person she works with.

Real estate also gave Doina the flexibility to raise her two sons while building a career she loves. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, baking, traveling, swimming, and spending time with family and friends.
