Originally from Tacoma, WA, and raised in Chicago from six months old, Kenard planted roots in Florida nearly a decade ago. He studied at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and earned his bachelor’s degree from Saint Xavier University (Chicago). Above all, Kenard is a devoted family man and a proud father, embracing every moment of fatherhood with joy and gratitude.

Outside of real estate, Kenard relishes time outdoors with his family, dining out, training, attending sporting events, enjoying staycations, and exploring Disney Springs.
